About the RoleTrademarkia Mexico is looking for a results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive with a strong focus on customer acquisition and revenue generation.

This person will own the full commercial cycle, from the initial contact with Marketing-generated leads through qualification, follow-up, sales meetings, closing and payment.

In addition to managing inbound opportunities, the role will be responsible for generating new business through outbound prospecting, lead reactivation, referrals, partnerships and new acquisition channels.

We are looking for someone with a hunter + closer mindset who can build trust, understand customer needs, handle objections and consistently move opportunities toward a commercial decision.

The position will work directly with the Head of Marketing — Mexico and will have direct responsibility for contributing to Trademarkia Mexico's revenue growth.

Primary ObjectiveTurn commercial opportunities into customers and revenue through:

- Disciplined lead management.
- Consistent follow-up.
- Consultative sales meetings.
- Sales closing.
- Outbound prospecting.
- Lead reactivation.
- Development of new acquisition channels.
- Accurate pipeline management.

Success in this position will ultimately be measured by the ability to generate consistent and predictable revenue. Key Responsibilities1. Lead ManagementOwn and manage leads generated through Trademarkia Mexico's Marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities include

- Contacting leads coming from digital campaigns, the website, social media, referrals and additional acquisition channels.
- Following the response-time standards and follow-up cadences established in the Mexico Lead Management SOP.
- Using WhatsApp Business, phone calls, email and video calls to communicate with prospects.
- Personalizing communication according to each prospect's needs and context.
- Properly qualifying each opportunity.
- Understanding customer needs, urgency, purchase intent and ability to move forward.
- Maintaining consistent follow-up until a commercial outcome is reached.
- Recovering leads that stop responding.
- Executing the established no-show recovery process.




- Ensuring every active opportunity has a defined next step.
- Accurately documenting calls, messages, meetings, objections and next actions in the CRM.

The expectation is simple: no commercially viable lead should be left without follow-up. 2. Sales MeetingsThe executive will conduct approximately 30-minute consultative sales meetings with prospective customers.

During these conversations, the executive should:

- Understand the prospect's situation and needs.
- Identify key questions and objections.
- Clearly explain Trademarkia, its services and the customer journey.
- Communicate benefits and next steps in a simple and transparent way.
- Build trust throughout the decision-making process.
- Handle commercial objections related to pricing, timing, process and trust.
- Identify buying signals.
- Move the conversation toward a clear next action.
- Ask for the sale when appropriate.
- Provide payment instructions or links when the customer is ready.
- Follow up immediately after the meeting.

Questions requiring specialized legal advice must be escalated to the appropriate legal team. The executive must not guarantee legal outcomes or provide unauthorized legal advice.

3. Follow-Up & ClosingThe position will be responsible for moving each qualified opportunity toward a final commercial decision.

Responsibilities include

- Following up after calls and meetings.
- Addressing commercial questions.
- Providing relevant information and materials.
- Sharing payment links or payment instructions.
- Identifying and removing barriers to purchase.
- Handling objections.
- Asking for the sale at the appropriate moment.
- Reactivating stalled opportunities.
- Maintaining a clearly defined next step for every opportunity.
- Confirming payment before recognizing an opportunity as closed revenue.

The goal is not simply to have sales conversations. The goal is to convert opportunities into paying customers. 4. Outbound Prospecting & New Business DevelopmentThe role should not depend exclusively on Marketing-generated leads.

The executive will also





- Identify potential companies and prospects.
- Build prospect lists.
- Conduct outbound outreach.
- Prospect through LinkedIn, email, calls, WhatsApp, networking and referrals.
- Generate new sales conversations.
- Develop strategic partnerships.
- Identify associations, agencies, firms and communities that could generate opportunities.
- Develop referral opportunities.
- Identify new market segments.
- Propose new customer acquisition channels.
- Test commercial initiatives.
- Measure the revenue generated through those initiatives.

5. Pipeline ManagementThe executive will own the accuracy and health of the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities include

- Keeping the CRM updated.
- Correctly categorizing opportunities.
- Recording estimated opportunity value.
- Maintaining expected close dates.
- Recording next actions.
- Prioritizing high-intent opportunities.
- Preventing opportunities from becoming stagnant.
- Identifying pipeline risks.
- Reporting progress and opportunities to the Head of Marketing — Mexico.
- Analyzing lost opportunities.
- Identifying reactivation opportunities.

6. Collaboration with MarketingBecause the position reports directly to the Head of Marketing — Mexico, Sales and Marketing will work closely together.

The executive will

- Provide feedback on lead quality.
- Identify the campaigns producing the strongest opportunities.
- Share common prospect questions and objections.
- Identify the messages that produce better sales conversations.
- Document loss reasons.
- Identify promising customer segments.
- Contribute insights for landing pages and commercial materials.
- Identify reactivation opportunities.
- Propose new acquisition initiatives.
- Help improve the complete Marketing → Sales → Revenue funnel.

Performance MetricsAlthough variable compensation will be based exclusively on revenue, operational performance will also be monitored through metrics such as:

- Lead response time.
- Contact rate.
- Meetings booked.
- Meeting show rate.
- No-show recovery.
- Lead-to-meeting conversion.
- Meeting-to-sale conversion.
- Close rate.
- Pipeline generated.
- Average sales cycle.
- Outbound prospecting activity.
- Self-generated opportunities.
- Lead Management SOP compliance.
- CRM accuracy.
- Revenue generated.

These metrics help evaluate and optimize sales performance but do not directly determine the monthly performance bonus. Compensation : competitive.
