Role Description: The Senior Data Management Analyst ensures accurate and compliant data reporting by translating regulatory requirements into internal reports, developing and maintaining reporting tools, and collaborating with stakeholders to address data needs and improve data processes.

Responsibilities Reviews Regulatory requirements (Statutory Plans) & translates to internal data reporting requirements. Maintains and provides support for existing tools and applications used in the analysis of information. Communicates with actuaries, accountants, product managers, and IT counterparts regarding data and business requirements for new reports or applications.

Conducts research into proposed solutions for data quality issues and the development of new reports or applications. Assists in the cross-training and development of other professional personnel as assigned.
