Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, Premium, Select & Midscale, CALA

Join Marriott International's Caribbean and Latin America (CALA) Marketing team
and play a key role in bringing our Premium, Select, and Midscale brands to life
across the region. As Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, you will lead the
development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen
brand awareness, drive guest engagement, support Marriott Bonvoy growth, and
contribute to commercial performance.

Working closely with Integral Brand, Loyalty, Digital, PR, Commercial, and
regional stakeholders, you will translate global strategies into locally
relevant campaigns, manage agency partnerships, oversee marketing projects and
budgets, and deliver impactful storytelling that resonates with consumers across
diverse markets.

We're looking for a strategic and results-oriented marketing professional with
experience leading regional campaigns, managing cross-functional partnerships,
and leveraging consumer insights to drive business outcomes. Success in this
role requires strong project management,



creative judgment, stakeholder
influence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications,
Hospitality, or related field.
* 6+ years of experience in brand, integrated, hospitality, digital, or loyalty
marketing.
* Experience managing multi-market marketing initiatives and agency
relationships.
* Fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese preferred.
* Based in Mexico (Mexico City preferred), with flexibility to travel
internationally.
