Are you passionate about supply chain, procurement, and driving operational excellence? We're looking for a Buyer to join our team in Chihuahua and play a key role in ensuring material availability, supplier performance, and inventory optimization in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will:

- Manage purchasing activities and material replenishment for assigned commodities
- Collaborate with suppliers, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams
- Monitor MRP requirements, Kanban levels, and purchase orders to ensure continuous supply
- Drive inventory optimization, supplier performance improvements, and cost reduction initiatives
- Support sourcing projects and help implement lean manufacturing practices across the supply chain
- Resolve delivery, quality, cost, and inventory-related challenges while maintaining excellent customer service levels





What we're looking for:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, planning, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment
- Advanced level of English
- Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Experience with Kanban, pull systems, lean manufacturing, or supplier management is highly valued
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across multiple functions
