Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Technical (C++) Trainer to deliver an intensive training program for fresh graduates and entry-level professionals preparing for Technical Analyst roles in the Banking and Financial Services domain.

The trainer will be responsible for delivering technical and functional training, developing practical learning activities, mentoring trainees, and preparing them for real-world project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver structured training sessions for Technical Analyst trainees.
- Train candidates on technical analysis concepts.
- Provide training on Banking, Payments, and Credit Card systems.
- Teach technical fundamentals including C++, Linux, SQL, and Oracle Database.
- Explain enterprise applications, system architecture, and troubleshooting concepts.
- Conduct practical exercises, assignments, assessments, and knowledge checks.
- Mentor trainees and provide regular feedback on their progress.
- Help trainees improve their analytical, logical reasoning,



and problem-solving skills.
- Use real-world examples and case studies from banking and financial technology.
- Support trainees in understanding technical requirements and business processes.
- Track trainee performance and identify areas requiring additional support.
- Collaborate with project teams and other trainers to align training with business requirements.
- Prepare trainees for transition into Technical Analyst project roles.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Relevant experience in technical training, software development, technical analysis, or business analysis.
- Strong knowledge of software development fundamentals.
- Good understanding of C++, Linux, SQL, and Oracle Database.
- Knowledge of banking, payments, or financial systems is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
