The Customer Care Representative provides accurate product information and support to both new and existing customers.

The Customer Care

Representative serves as the primary point of contact between customers and internal departments, coordinating communication, resolving issues, and ensuring all customer needs are fully addressed throughout the order and support cycle. To perform this role effectively, the representative must demonstrate strong proficiency in modern information technologies, including email communication, text messaging, Video conferencing, Ai‐based platforms, and other digital tools used for customer interaction and internal coordination,



ensuring efficient communication, timely follow‐up, and accurate processing of customer requests across multiple channels. This position offers an initial monthly compensation range of $15,000 to $18,000 MXN before taxes.

The regular work schedule is on site Monday - Friday, from 9:00 a.m.

Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: 2 years minimun experience of Customer Service or related area is requiered Suitable for recent graduates with internships, social service, or initial professional experience. Ability to conduct basic online research with guidance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Bilingual (Spanish and English required ). Willingness to learn internal processes such as PO's, RMA's, ETA confirmations, and documentation control. Assist customers with general inquiries related to products, invoices, shipments, or warranties.

Control internal documents (receipt acknowledgements, customer tax information, etc.).
