Job Functions

Develop creative social-first concepts aligned with brand strategy and digital trends. Write captions, scripts, hooks, and copy for TikTok, Reels, digital ads, and social media content. Produce and capture content for social platforms, ensuring consistency between concept, script, and visual execution.

Coordinate and execute low-fi productions, including framing, basic lighting, and content direction. Monitor trends, conversations, and digital culture to identify real-time content opportunities. Adapt tone of voice according to the brand, platform, and audience.

Collaborate with creative, video, and marketing teams. Ensure quality, consistency, and performance across all content pieces. Job requirements Skills Requirements 2+ years of experience creating content for brands, agencies, or digital platforms.

Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels,



and social media trends.

Experience writing scripts, captions, hooks, and copy for digital content. Ability to conceptualize and execute social-first content ideas.

Experience recording or directing short-form content. Knowledge of content creation tools, mobile production, and digital formats. Excellent creative writing and storytelling skills. Understanding of audience behavior and digital culture. Interest in trends, online culture, and emerging digital tools.
