The role is based in Tecnoparque, Azcapotzalco (hybrid role). Generate, send, and follow up on invoices to ensure proper billing. Prepare internal financial reports related to accounts receivable. Support the finance team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date receivables records. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Strong

Excel skills and experience with data analysis.

Advanced

English profiency. Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.



High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data. Solid understanding of accounting principles and AR processes.

Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment. Knowledge of regional tax regulations related to receivables. Ability to automate or streamline AR processes using digital tools.
