CRM Consultant – Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, customize, integrate, and provide ongoing support for enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.

The idóneo candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, system integrations, and Application Lifecycle Management. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, Business Analysts, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design and Development

- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service applications.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable CRM solutions.
- Configure and extend Dynamics 365 using custom entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and plugins.
- Develop custom functionality using JavaScript and Power Fx.
- Build and maintain Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and other Power Platform solutions.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing technical support.

Integration Development
- Design, build, and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, Azure services, middleware platforms, and other modern integration technologies.
- Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, reliable, and maintainable.

Power Platform Development
- Use Power Apps and Power Automate to automate business processes and enhance application functionality.




- Design scalable automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Follow Power Platform governance, security, and development best practices.

DevOps and Application Lifecycle Management
- Implement and maintain Dynamics 365 DevOps and ALM processes.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
- Support source control, automated testing, release management, and deployment automation.
- Manage solution deployment and environment configuration activities.

Collaboration
- Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, Business Analysts, and project teams.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in solution-design discussions, technical reviews, testing, and production support.

Required Qualifications
- Senior-level experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- Experience with custom entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and plugins.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Power Fx.
- Experience developing Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps.
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience building REST API and Azure-based integrations.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 DevOps and ALM practices.
- Experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of security, governance, source control, and release-management practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $79,000.00 - $80,000.00 per month
