Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests.

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Center, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused and professional approach.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, communication platforms, and other digital tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
