Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role is based in Hermosillo, SON. The Customer Service Representative will assist via — Calls, Chats & Email

We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team and provide exceptional support across calls, chats, and email.

What you’ll do

Provide professional and friendly customer service through calls, chats, and email.

Resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently.





Follow established processes and quality standards.

Document customer interactions accurately.

Deliver a positive customer experience across all communication channels.

Schedule

Full-time, on-site position

2 days off per week

Must have availability between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM

Schedule may vary within this availability window.

Training

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Training may last up to 4 weeks.

Candidates must have full availability for the training schedule.
