THE OPPORTUNITY We're hiring a Customer Success Specialist to join our SMB team in Mexico City ! The role of the Customer Success Specialist is to understand our customers' journey, ensuring all their needs are met while identifying opportunities to drive business growth. Strategic management of customer KPIs, including financial analysis, sales performance tracking, and the development of strategies to maximize results.

Promotion of initiatives to increase sales, such as digital campaigns, incentive programs, and more. Extracting and analyzing data, transforming it into meaningful insights.

WHO YOU ARE Bachelor's degree completed. Advanced level of English. Proactive, organized, agile, and independent profile, with the ability to handle pressure and constant change. Previous experience in customer retention and Customer Success.
