We are looking for a Data & Analytics Manager to lead the Group’s data and analytics strategy.

About the Role We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Data Project Architect who combines strong business acumen with advanced technical expertise.

Your mission will be to build the Group’s data strategy from the ground up, establish a robust and scalable data foundation, and turn complex information into high-impact initiatives that drive revenue growth, mitigate risk, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Architecture and Governance: Design, implement, and maintain the data infrastructure required to establish a reliable single source of truth for senior leadership.
- Predictive Analytics: Develop churn, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV/LTV), advanced segmentation, and competitive benchmarking models tailored to the insurance market.
- Business Intelligence: Build executive-level Power BI dashboards featuring real-time KPIs, automated business rules, and actionable insights.
- Commercial Strategy: Develop propensity models to support cross-selling and up-selling initiatives,



working closely with the Commercial team to measure their direct return on investment.
- Operational Leadership: Lead a team of two professionals, manage complex challenges in a fast-paced environment, and ensure the successful delivery of end-to-end analytics projects.

Must-Have Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative or data-focused field.
- Language: Advanced or fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
- Advanced Technical Expertise:
- SQL: Expert-level proficiency in querying, managing, structuring, and optimizing relational databases.
- Python: Advanced proficiency in data science, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
- Power BI / Business Intelligence Tools: Proven experience designing and implementing interactive, executive-level dashboards.
- Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning: Experience applying analytical algorithms and machine-learning models to address real business challenges.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience managing a team of at least two direct reports and leading complex projects from strategy through implementation.
