The Role’s Impact:As a Data Entry / Purchasing Administrative Specialist, you will protect the integrity of our procurement pipeline by verifying supplier quotes and ensuring impeccable data accuracy. In this role, your keen eye for detail will prevent pricing discrepancies and help streamline our automated bidding systems

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and Validate Bids: Analyze supplier quotes, pricing structures, and bid proposals to guarantee completeness and accuracy.
- Data Processing: Accurately input and process pricing details utilizing internal systems and advanced data-entry automation tools.
- Discrepancy Identification: Review automated data flows to catch and rectify errors, missing pieces, or administrative inconsistencies.
- Information Maintenance:



Organize and catalog digital purchasing and bidding databases to ensure easily accessible records.

Ideal Profile:

- Education: High school diploma is required; college-level coursework or a completed degree is highly preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven work experience in data entry, purchasing support, procurement administration, or supplier pricing.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy, with solid comfort navigating databases, spreadsheets, dashboards, and automated workflows.
- Key Competencies: Advanced English level
