Data Analyst, R&D; Operations - CDMX Why We Have This Role As a Data Analyst on the Products, eXperience and Engineering (PXE) Analytics & Data Science Team, you will bring the power of our data to Qualtrics, itself. You will be a leader on the core analytics and data science team, building out our data products, including reports and metrics consumed by 1,500+ engineers, product managers and UX designers.

You will support data scientists and analysts across Qualtrics in building the datasets they need to provide critical insights, power in-product motions and visualize metrics. You will build and lead the team of analysts that builds these trustworthy data assets from disparate product clickstream, state and customer feedback data sources (e.g., NPS, Social Media, Call/Case Volumes, Product feedback). How You'll Find Success You are obsessed with data and its power to shape our product strategy.

You can operate effectively in the face of numerous competing demands and that data assets are high quality and trustworthy. You thrive when you can get hands in turning a dataset into analysis, metrics or reports. You are comfortable dealing with messy datasets and going "outside your lane" when needed to understand how a process or systems can produce the data you need.





You are comfortable providing technical requirements to upstream engineering teams in order to deliver data points you need to produce data assets you need to build. How You'll Grow You'll develop expertise in applying cutting-edge datasets, tools and technologies to a widely used, well-known, integral product. You'll gain experience working closely with brilliant Data Scientists and Analysts who will help you grow technically.

You'll partner with Product Management, Engineering, and UX and learn how great products are built and a winning business grows. You'll engage in complex problem-solving and tackle our trickiest data challenges, unlocking novel insights and strategic solutions. You will work closely with a team of data scientists who support and leverage the work your team does.

You build dashboards and datasets, using tools like Tableau, Python, SQL and Git. You build and maintain quality to ensure data assets are trustworthy. You partner with engineering and other upstream data providers to understand and define signals needed to improve our data products.

What We're Looking For On Your Resume Bachelor's Degree in analytical disciplines with majors such as Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry OR relevant experience. 4-6 years of work experience as a data analyst, data engineering, data science or related role. Proficiency in SQL and experience querying structured datasets to answer business questions.





Experience with or knowledge of the basics of using Python for data manipulations or ETLs.

Experience with or interest in data schematization and modeling.

Experience with data visualization and software tools like Tableau, Looker or PowerBI.

Experience with data warehouses, data lake and query services technologies. Strong verbal and written communication skills to drive alignment on approaches to data products and present work to diverse groups of stakeholder Receptiveness to feedback and continuous improvement mindset.
