We are currently seeking a Dev Ops Engineer Senior Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX). ### Job Title: Senior Dev Ops Engineer (AWS & CI/CD) ### Role Overview We are looking for a Mid-Level Dev Ops Engineer with strong experience in AWS and CI/CD practices to help design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure.

This role requires hands-on expertise in automation, cloud services, and deployment pipelines, along with a solid understanding of software development and operational best practices.

### Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, test, and deployment processes

Deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS

Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline release cycles and improve deployment reliability

Implement Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) using tools like Terraform or Cloud Formation

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and scalability

Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes)

Enforce security best practices across infrastructure and pipelines

Maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and workflows





Continuously improve Dev Ops processes, tooling, and automation ### Required Skills &

Qualifications

5 years of experience in Dev Ops, Cloud Engineering, or related roles

Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, etc.)

Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, or similar)

Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred, Cloud Formation acceptable)

Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus)

Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar)

Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Understanding of networking, security, and system architecture concepts ### Nice to Have

Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Cloud Watch)

Exposure to multi-cloud environments

Knowledge of Dev Sec Ops practices

Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)

AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, Dev Ops Engineer) ### Soft Skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment

Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
