- Leads country and regional business performance to achieve commercial objectives, sustain service delivery, and deliver overall business results.
- Oversees business strategy and operating priorities to prioritize investments, respond to market dynamics, and advance short- and long-term growth.
- Oversees service portfolio performance and regulatory readiness to maintain service levels, operational quality, compliance readiness, and business continuity.




- Leads cross-functional execution across local, regional, and integral stakeholders to coordinate delivery, resolve cross-functional issues, and align market priorities within a matrix organization.
- Shapes leadership capability and key external stakeholder engagement to strengthen succession readiness, regulatory relationships, and long-term market position.
- Drives customer and market insight generation to inform strategic proposals, improve business decisions, and refine country and regional positioning.
- Oversees manager development and organizational capability building to sustain high-performing teams and prepare future leaders.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, operations, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Master's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in business leadership, office, regional operations management, commercial management, business development, or a related field required.
- 5+ years of experience in a management capacity required.
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Chartered Manager (CMgr),



supply chain management, or equivalent preferred.
