Core Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and operational support to suppliers to ensure compliance with established processes, promote execution excellence, and maintain operational accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead the implementation of regulatory changes and the onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring timely compliance, effective communication, and alignment with company requirements and operational standards.
- Maintain accurate and compliant foreign trade records in Annex 24 and SAP for virtual imports/exports, nationalizations, returns, scrap transactions, and inventory control processes.
- Coordinate and validate customs documentation, including COVEs, pediments, invoices, packing lists, tariff classifications, valuation, and origin data,



ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Partner with customs brokers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely customs clearance, data accuracy, and adherence to foreign trade requirements.
- Monitor operational execution, reconcile discrepancies between systems and customs records, and ensure transactions are completed within legal and company-established timeframes.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining traceable records, providing required documentation, and ensuring data consistency across foreign trade and ERP systems.
- Drive continuous improvement through KPI monitoring, process standardization, SOP development, automation initiatives, risk mitigation, and cross‑functional operational support.
