ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced E-commerce / Merchandising Specialist to help create and manage a dedicated online Beauty Outlet.

The goal is to sell shelf pulls, customer returns, and products with damaged or missing packaging without affecting the image and positioning of our main store.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Build and manage the Beauty Outlet within Shopify
- Develop clear product condition, pricing, and presentation strategies
- Organize and merchandise outlet products to maximize sales and customer trust
- Create product descriptions and content that clearly communicate condition and value
- Help ensure the Outlet feels like a professional, intentional sales channel—not a discount or “junk” section

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 5+ years of e-commerce / merchandising experience
- Strong understanding of Shopify and online retail
- Experience with outlet, clearance,



open-box, returns, or discounted inventory
- Strong judgment around branding, product presentation, pricing, and customer experience
- Organized, creative, proactive, and able to work independently

DO NOT APPLY IF...

- You only have general VA experience
- Your experience is limited to basic product uploading
- You have no understanding of e-commerce merchandising or brand positioning
- You are not located in Latin America

Beauty, cosmetics, retail, Shopify, eBay, or multi-channel e-commerce experience is a plus. Short intro video about your background and experience will be required.

Sueldo: $105.00 - $140.00 la hora
