Title: Education Business Analyst

Contract Duration: 1 year with possible extension

Location: Mexico-Fully Remote (PST hours)

Role objective:

Support sales strategy through deep analytics and ownership of sales routing processes.

Key responsibilities:

Data Infrastructure

Manage SQL-based datasets

Create reporting structures

Validate data quality

Sales Operations

Own account routing process

Manage territory and book assignments

Execute sales operations updates

Business Analysis

Analyze sales trends and performance

Identify opportunities and risks

Generate strategic insights

Responsibilities:

- Manage data infrastructure and analytical reporting supporting Education business initiatives
- Build and execute SQL queries to support strategic analysis and operational reporting
- Own account routing and territory assignment processes
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and provide insights to support sales strategy and decision-making
- Partner with Sales, Operations,



and Leadership teams to improve operational effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

- 3–5+ years of Business Analytics or Sales Operations experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets experience
- Experience with CRM systems and reporting platforms
- Strong analytical and communication skills
