We are seeking 2 Senior Finance Business Partners to support assigned programs and scientific leadership with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, portfolio analysis, and strategic decision support.

It is also responsible for identifying and managing financial risks, funding gaps, and compliance issues, while mentoring junior finance staff and supporting the delivery of standardized program finance services. Serve as the senior finance business partner to assigned programs and scientific leadership. Provide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, portfolio analysis, and strategic decision support.

Requirements • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

- Professional accounting qualification preferred.
- 8–10 years of experience in financial management, donor-funded programs, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.
- Experience supporting complex multi-project portfolios and ERP-based financial environments.
