Description

We are hiring a Finance Supervisor who will be leading the day-to-day accounting operations, support accurate financial reporting, and provide oversight of transactional accounting activities and develop the Monterrey accounting team.

Supporting Meaningful Work

- Support month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting activities.
- Monitor operating expense transactions and assist with forecast and budget updates.
- Perform variance analysis and support business performance reporting.
- Review and validate commission, incentive, and other compensation-related calculations.
- Maintain strong financial controls and compliance with company policies.
- Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash application processes.
- Supervise and develop the AR Associates and AP/AR Clerk.
- Manage and oversee the Sales Tax Resale Certificate program, including system administration, record maintenance, compliance monitoring, and support for order and invoice updates.
- Drive process improvements, reporting efficiencies, and data quality initiatives.
- Partner with business teams to resolve accounting issues and support operational decision-making.





Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Accounting roles, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting concepts required.
- Experience with month-end close, variance analysis, and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).

Desired Skills And Experience

- CPA, CPC (Mexican CPA), CMA, MBA, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
- Experience with SAP and Power BI/Tableau preferred.
- Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
- Strong business partnering and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with U.S. and Mexico-based teams.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and process improvement mindset.
- Tax and reporting concepts as desirable for the role.
