We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager / Freight Dispatcher based in Mexico to manage the daily operations of 6–10 U.S.-based trucks and drivers.

You will be responsible for driver communication, load tracking, routing, appointment management, problem resolution, and ensuring freight is picked up and delivered safely and on time.

This is a fast-paced position that requires strong English communication skills and previous experience with U.S. trucking operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor a fleet of approximately 6–10 trucks and drivers
- Maintain consistent communication with assigned drivers throughout their shifts
- Monitor truck locations, routes, ETAs, HOS/rest breaks, pickups, and deliveries
- Provide drivers with load information, appointment details, instructions, and required documentation
- Track loads from assignment through final delivery
- Identify potential delays and proactively communicate changes
- Respond to breakdowns, route changes, missed appointments, and other operational issues
- Coordinate with Safety, Maintenance, and other internal departments as needed
- Maintain accurate load, driver, delay, and delivery information in the TMS
- Monitor driver logs and Hours of Service (HOS)
- Ensure assigned loads are handled professionally and efficiently

Requirements
- Previous U.S.



freight dispatching or fleet management experience required
- Understanding of U.S. trucking operations and Hours of Service (HOS)
- Fluent English – written and spoken
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple drivers and loads simultaneously
- Experience with TMS platforms, GPS/tracking systems, ELDs, and driver communication tools
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable internet connection and appropriate remote workspace
- Ability to work U.S. Central Time (Illinois business hours)
