About the Role This role is for a finance position within Orveon's FP&A; organization, supporting partners across SG&A;, Commercial, and Supply Chain to drive financial performance across our brand portfolio. The Analyst will assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, perform variance analysis, and prepare reporting that helps senior leadership make informed strategic and operational decisions.

Primary Responsibilities Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning process on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, partnering with regional and functional leaders to monitor global spending. Analyze drivers of month-end variances versus budget, forecast, and prior year, driving accountability around cost-saving initiatives. Partner with cross-functional business leads — commercial, marketing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and operations to drive value creation initiatives Track KPIs to measure business performance, identify trends, and help improve financial visibility and reporting tools across the organization.

Prepare ad hoc analyses, reports, and presentations to support business reviews and decision-making.

Key Stakeholders Supply Chain Commercial Brand

Marketing Finance Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.



2+ years of professional finance experience, ideally including exposure to FP&A;, Commercial Finance, or accounting in a CPG or beauty company. Exposure to month-end close, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Experience with large ERP systems; Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with solid ad-hoc modeling and reporting capabilities. Detail-oriented and curious, able to dig into the nuts and bolts of reporting and clearly summarize findings for senior leadership.
