In this role, you will set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies. Work on content calendars -along with the social strategist- and make them come true, including the timely publishing of social media posts. Provide engaging text for social media responses and copies.

Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency. Work closely with data strategists to provide monthly and quarterly reports and optimization opportunities. Develop weekly and monthly reporting (Organic + Sentiment analysis) and competitive analysis.

Conduct social listening to identify trends and insights. Work collaboratively with social strategy, account management and creatives to ensure social media channels are on brand at all times. Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Analyze the conversation around the brand daily. Analyze brand performance (analytical skills essential)



to drive effective results for client KPIs. Cover brand related events in real-time. Knowledge of social media good practices in terms of formats and tone of voice.

Knowledge of metrics, social listening tools and digital reports.
