About the Role: As Creative Producer, you will lead the creative and scenic production development for Dopamine Land's global rollouts. You'll ensure each installation achieves its creative potential while balancing operational realities. Conduct venue analysis and adaptation studies, evaluating creative fit, technical feasibility, and budget alignment.

Develop and maintain scenic and technical budgets, ensuring creative goals are achieved within constraints. Draft and interpret technical documentation using CAD, SketchUp, or comparable software. Evaluate fabrication and production quality standards, ensuring global consistency across regions.

Mentor local producers and guide them in adapting creative and technical plans to regional contexts. Oversee visual and spatial quality, guaranteeing brand and design coherence across installations.

Support Senior





Producers by providing creative input into timelines, budgets, and vendor selection processes. Strong drafting and visualization skills in CAD, SketchUp, or equivalent software. Expertise in creative budgeting and technical feasibility analysis. Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Willingness to travel internationally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
