In this role, you will directly drive product innovation at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity. You will lead by example, mentor junior engineers, and promote a culture of ownership, technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities and Duties Design, implement, and deliver scalable AI centric software systems
- Drive the development of agentic AI capabilities for identifying vulnerabilities, automating penetration testing processes, optimizing workflows, and enhancing threat intelligence
- Own and lead the end to end development of product features — from ideation to production deployment and ongoing monitoring
- Provide mentorship and support to junior engineers, fostering professional growth and development
- Essential Skills Experience in distributed systems and backend software engineering
- Expert-level knowledge of Go and solid hands-on experience with Python
- Strong experience with microservices, REST API design, gRPC, unit testing, and BDD testing
- Strong software design skills;
Experience with asynchronous messaging technologies such as Google Pub/Sub or Kafka
- Deep knowledge of NoSQL and relational databases
- Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (GCP preferred);
Experience working in agile environments;
Experience in cybersecurity or offensive security tools.
