Head of Operations

Our client is a fast-growing institutional trading company sitting at the intersection of trading, treasury, operations, and data, and they're looking for a Head of Operations to become one of the key leaders of the organization.

This is a high-impact, highly cross-functional role. You'll work directly with institutional clients, banks, and liquidity providers, while partnering closely with trading, engineering, finance, and compliance to keep the entire trade lifecycle running smoothly, from execution to settlement.

What you'll own:

- Day-to-day trading operations across the full trade lifecycle: execution, treasury, settlements, and reconciliations
- Operational liquidity management across banks, exchanges, wallets, and payment providers
- Dashboards and analytics to monitor execution quality, liquidity, and operational performance
- Automation and process design in partnership with engineering
- Direct coordination with institutional clients, banks,



and liquidity providers

What we're looking for:

- 4+ years in trading operations, treasury, institutional trading, or a similar role at a bank, OTC desk, hedge fund, brokerage, or fintech
- Strong grasp of financial markets, liquidity management, and settlement workflows
- Advanced Excel and a genuinely analytical mindset
- Professional fluency in English (Spanish and FX experience in MXN or LATAM markets a big plus)
- Bonus points for Python/SQL/API skills or experience with digital assets and stablecoins
