Responsibilities: Scope: MX headcount (420 monks)- Freelos (50 approx) - Chile headcount (10 monks)- CR headcount (5 monks) Pre-hire and onboarding process management Onboarding process and 1st session Freelancers process (pre-hire, payments, exits) Automatization of transactional processes Responsable of benefits vendors and corporate agreements Create PO ́S on system and follow ups until payments Run different monthly reports Internal Communication Propose and implement improvements to increase efficiency Operational support to HRBPs Support during audit processes Generation of employment certificates Update HR policies and processes Data entry in the different spreadsheets RTO coordination Brigade members (first-aid/evacuation team) Support in Cultural Initiatives About You The essentials: 3-5 years of experience in administration, HR processes Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up new tools and systems quickly. Ability to identify areas of opportunity, create a project plan,



and implement it. Project management tools are highly valued.

Must-have requirements Advanced English. Knowledge of platforms and the use of AI to automate and streamline HR processes. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets/Slides) Advance level of Excel Experience dealing with senior/managerial levels.
