Job Title: HR Onboarding Specialist Location: Remote- LATAM Schedule: Full time | Monday - Friday. 9AM - 5PM PST Compensation: $2000 - $3000 USD Monthly. ( Negotiable based on experience and seniority) Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Onboarding Manager Job Summary We are looking for an organized and people-focused HR Onboarding Specialist to manage and improve the new hire onboarding experience. This person will be responsible for coordinating preboarding and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee transition into the company, and using Deel to support hiring, contract management, compliance, and international onboarding workflows. The adecuado candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across teams to create a seamless and welcoming employee experience.

Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, from offer acceptance through first-day readiness Use Deel to manage onboarding workflows, contracts, compliance documents, and global hiring processes Coordinate with hiring managers, IT, payroll, and People teams to ensure all onboarding steps are completed on time Prepare and collect employment documentation, agreements, and required compliance forms Ensure employee records are accurate and up to date in HR systems Schedule onboarding sessions, orientation meetings, and training as needed Act as a main point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process Support international employee and contractor onboarding through Deel. Track onboarding progress and follow up on pending tasks or missing documentation Help improve onboarding processes, templates,
