Responsibilities
The Opportunity Drive People Support Services Transformation strategies by optimizing and centralizing support services, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and end-to-end operational processes. Deliver added value through efficiency improvements and service excellence.
Your Impact
- Project Coordination & Governance: Coordinate projects, sessions, and governance standards to ensure alignment and deliverables.
- Strategic Planning & Communication: Track strategic plans and communicate project status effectively across all levels.
- Change Management: Support stakeholder engagement, communications, impact assessments, and training for change initiatives.
- Business Analysis & Process Improvement: Document current processes, define future state, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Technology Enablement: Assist in implementing technology enhancements aligned with project plans.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
- 2+ years in project coordination or management (Project Management certification desirable).
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
- Experience in process mapping, business analysis, and supporting change management with stakeholder engagement.
- Passion for continuous improvement and simplifying work processes.
