– HR Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location:Monterrey, NL, Mexico (On-site) Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are currently seeking a highly organized, bilingual HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our department.
Position Summary
The HR Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in supporting recruitment coordination, employee record management and onboarding operations. This position requires a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with leadership. This is a hybrid role based in Monterrey.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring Support
- Review, sort, and screen incoming candidate profiles and resumes
- Serve as the first filter in the recruitment process
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist with HR reporting and tracking metrics
- Coordinate internal HR processes and administrative workflows
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Qualifications & Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Reside in Monterrey, Reciente León
- Availability to work on-site, Monday–Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch), as needed.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High level of responsibility, discretion, and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred:
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative roles
- Experience supporting U.S. hiring processes
- Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, or recruiting platforms
