INDIRECT MATERIALS PLANNER The Indirect Materials Planner is responsible for coordinating the replenishment process of consumables, spare parts, and indirect materials for the Tool Crib and Maintenance warehouses.

Responsibilities

- Enter and update purchase requisition records.
- Analyze inventory levels to generate purchase requisitions.
- Segregate consumables to be requisitioned by production area.
- Follow up on purchase requisitions pending approval.
- Follow up on requisitions with pending Purchase Order (PO) creation.
- Manage cycle count activities.

Requirements

- Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Intermediate Excel skills.

- Experience in inventory planning and control.
- Experience calculating inventory levels and inventory turnover.
- Knowledge of the FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory system.
- Experience with cycle counting processes.
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
- Experience managing purchase requisitions.
