About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Influencer Manager to oversee influencer partnerships from outreach through campaign completion. In this role, you will identify and recruit new influencers, manage campaign budgets and schedules, coordinate client approvals, and ensure all content is published correctly, on time, and in compliance with applicable advertising regulations. You will also occasionally support social media posting.

The adecuado candidate is detail-oriented, skilled at managing multiple stakeholders, and highly effective at communicating and following instructions.

Key Responsibilities

- Influencer Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and recruit new influencers who align with each client’s brand, audience, and campaign goals.
- Campaign Coordination: Manage influencer campaigns from initial outreach through publication, including timelines, deliverables, approvals, and follow-ups.
- Budget Management: Allocate and track influencer budgets, negotiate rates when necessary, and ensure campaigns remain within the approved budget.
- Content and Compliance Oversight: Confirm that influencers follow campaign briefs, brand guidelines, and applicable advertising disclosure regulations.
- Client Communication: Coordinate with clients to obtain content approvals, communicate updates, and resolve campaign-related questions or issues.
- Scheduling and Tracking: Organize campaign calendars and ensure influencers publish the correct content on time.
- Social Media Support:



Occasionally publish approved content across the company’s or clients’ social media channels.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of influencer communication, campaign status, deliverables, budgets, and results.

Key Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in influencer management/marketing
- 2+ years of experience in social media management
- Proven experience sourcing influencers and coordinating campaigns from outreach through publication.
- Experience managing campaign budgets, timelines, content approvals, and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing regulations, including proper sponsorship disclosures.
- Fluent Spoken and Written English: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and influencers through email, phone, and video calls.
- Exceptional Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to provide clear instructions, follow up consistently, and maintain professional relationships with clients and influencers.
- Proactive Mindset: A self-starter who anticipates campaign needs, identifies potential issues, and ensures projects remain on schedule.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and execute established processes accurately.

Working conditions

- Environment: 100% remote
- Job schedule: Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week.
