About The Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate critical infrastructure and workplace transformation initiatives at our Monterrey, Mexico location. This role will play a key part in supporting a new facility buildout, site relocation, and business separation activities, ensuring smooth execution with minimal impact to business operations.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complex site migrations, office relocations, technology deployments, and cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders. This is a highly visible, hands-on role requiring strong leadership, planning, communication, and onsite execution capabilities.

What You'll Do:

- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of facility buildout, office relocation, and site migration projects.
- Coordinate business separation activities, ensuring continuity of IT services and infrastructure during transitions.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Manage onsite project execution and serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related activities.
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, facilities management, vendors, and external partners to deliver project objectives.
- Coordinate infrastructure deployment activities, including network, telecom, end-user computing, and workplace technology readiness.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, issues, and risks, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards, governance processes, and reporting requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, project reviews, and decision-making forums.
- Drive timely resolution of project challenges and manage escalations when required.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure, workplace technology, or enterprise transformation projects.
- Proven experience leading site migrations, office relocations, facility transitions, or new site buildouts.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.




- Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders across business and technology functions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making capabilities.
- Must be able to work onsite in Monterrey, Mexico.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or business separation initiatives.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure deployments, workplace technology, network implementations, and end-user services.
- Experience working in manufacturing, engineering, or large enterprise environments.
