Performance Management and Service Delivery

- Ensuring accurate accounting and financial reporting within prescribed deadlines and in compliance with IFRS.
- Preparing accurate journal entries.
- Robust monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Collaborating with local stakeholders for timely issue resolution.
- Proactive communication with finance colleagues and regional accounting teams to address queries effectively while adhering to Alcon standards and policies.
- Meeting SLA/KPI targets.
- Addressing internal and external inquiries.
Compliance

- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of all processes, policies, and procedures while ensuring compliance with IFRS, Financial Controls Manual, and regulatory requirements.
- Applying Alcon's control procedures.
- Supporting SOX certification.
- Fostering a strong control environment.
- Addressing audit findings.
- Implementing corrective measures to uphold compliance and operational integrity.
People Management
