? The Challenge: What you'll be doingIn this role, you will work on the administration, evolution and modernization of ERP platforms, collaborating with teams and operations across Mexico and the United States.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Gather, document and analyze business requirements.
- Configure, administer and maintain ERP modules.
- Develop customizations, extensions and code in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL and Visual Studio Code.
- Create and maintain reports, workflows and integrations.
- Perform functional testing and UAT.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide functional and technical support to users.
- Participate in ERP upgrades, improvements and implementations.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Procurement, Logistics and IT teams.




- Document processes, incidents and system changes.
- Train end users and create operational documentation.

? Candidate RequirementsWe're looking for a professional with:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience administering, implementing or supporting ERP systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Experience with an ERP such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central or NetSuite.
- Experience configuring Inventory, Production, Procurement and Warehouse modules.
- Experience with data validation, integrations, migrations and ERP support.
- Experience developing on Business Central using AL and Visual Studio Code.
- Experience with extensions, customizations, integrations and reporting.
- Knowledge of advanced Excel, Power BI and SQL.
- Experience in manufacturing, production or supply chain environments will be highly valued.
- Experience working with multinational companies and US-based plants.
- Green Card Holder or US Citizen — mandatory.
- Fluent English and Spanish — mandatory.
- Availability for occasional travel.

- Experience in aerospace, Lean Manufacturing, Tableau, ITIL, Agile, Project Management, ERP Governance or regulated environments will be considered a plus. ?
