We are currently searching for a Java Developer:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

- Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks across applications, APIs,



and downstream dependencies using distributed tracing.
- Troubleshoot and optimize WebSphere and WebLogic environments.
- Execute JVM profiling, garbage collection analysis, and evaluate heap and thread dumps.
- Implement application-level structured logging and correlation IDs.
- Analyze API latency, timeouts, retries, and dependency failures.
- Conduct network, proxy, load balancer, and TLS troubleshooting.
- Perform browser-to-backend transaction tracing and real user monitoring (RUM).

Your Profile (Requirements)

- Deep Java application performance engineering experience.
- Strong diagnostic skills with WebSphere and WebLogic.
- Expertise in JVM profiling, garbage collection analysis, heap dumps, and thread dumps.
- Hands-on experience with APM tools such as Datadog, New Relic, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Oracle performance diagnostics, including SQL execution plans, AWR, and ASH.
- Proficiency in managing JDBC connection pools, application thread pools, and session management.
- Experience tracing transactions across legacy or partially instrumented platforms.
- High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.




- Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."
