we'd love to hear from you 1+ year of experience in a similar role, preferably in Operations, Engineering, Product within a tech company Data analysis & visualization skills, with experience using SQL (Advanced) and Python (nice to have) Ability to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills A self-starter mindset—proactive and organized in tackling projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (most communication at Klar happens in English) A collaborative spirit—we thrive on teamwork and shared success!
