Description TS Trucking is a top-tier transportation company with its own assets and nationwide presence across Mexico, providing the best logistics solutions. Currently, we are looking for a Driver Support Coordinator II to join our team in Actual Laredo.

Shift: Sunday to Friday 3:00 p.Review shift updates, clarify routes, load details, appointment times, and coordinate with the dispatch team to resolve questions or changes. Identify missing or incorrect paperwork, address driver issues, and escalate urgent, unresolved, safety, or compliance concerns promptly. Log into required systems, ensure workstation functionality, verify internet and printer connectivity, and confirm availability of documents and supplies.

Track repeated driver concerns, document outstanding issues, and report major or recurring problems to the on-shift Team Lead or Manager. Ensure smooth transitions between shifts by handing over pending issues and clearly logging unresolved driver concerns.





Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, or related fields. Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or drive support preferred.
