- Planning Coordinator is responsible for managing demand, production, and distribution planning to ensure an efficient flow of materials and finished goods. This role leverages ERP systems (preferably Sage X3) for scheduling, inventory control, and order tracking, acting as a key liaison between production, procurement, logistics, and sales.

- Distribution Coordinate shipments and deliveries Ensure OTIF performance Manage logistics-related issues ERP &
- Data Management Maintain and manage data in Sage X3 Track production and customer orders Generate reports and analysis Align production, procurement, sales, and warehouse teams Participate in S&OP; processes Identify bottlenecks Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field 3–6 years in planning, logistics, or supply chain ERP experience (Sage X3 preferred, SAP/Oracle acceptable) ERP systems (Sage X3 preferred) Intermediate to advanced Excel Demand planning Inventory control Logistics KPIs Core Competencies Analytical thinking Planning and organization Problem-solving Communication Ability to work under pressure Decision-making
