Responsibilities

1.Responsible for keeping records of incoming and outgoing of machines and parts.

2.Responsible for local customs clearance and transportation of machines and parts.

3.Responsible for conducting a quarterly inventory count, forming an inventory table, and analyzing and explaining inventory differences.

4.Responsible for conducting a quarterly fixed asset count, and analyzing and explaining FA differences.

5.Responsible for coordinating the allocation and borrowing of spare parts.

6.Responsible for verifying inventory accounting with China Asset Management team

7.Participate in the development of spare parts demand plans.

8.Responsible for cleaning and handling follow-up of obsolete inventory materials.

Requirements

1.Eduation:

Major: Logistics, finance, management, and other related fields

College degree or above

2.Background：

Relative experience for 2- 3 years.

3.Specialized knowledge：

Familiar with SAP or other warehouse management system.

4.Skills：

Software: Office

Fluent Spanish and English

Salary
