Are you a senior Digital Marketing and Social Media professional with experience leading strategies, creating content, and managing multiple platforms? This opportunity could be for you!

An international company is looking for a highly organized, creative, and responsible Manager of Digital Marketing / Social Media to manage and grow the company's digital presence.

? MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

? Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Marketing and Social Media initiatives.

? Advanced English proficiency: C1 level minimum .

? Proven experience managing the mentioned social media platforms and creating content in English.

? A demonstrable portfolio of previous work.

? Experience creating written, graphic, and audiovisual content in both English and Spanish .

? Proficiency with photo and video editing tools.

? Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and CapCut .

? Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and their integration with Social Media.

? Ability to create detailed analytics and performance reports.

? Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to consistently meet deadlines.

? Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation.





? Availability to work Full-Time and exclusively for the company .

? RESPONSIBILITIES:

✅ Manage and create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, and YouTube .

✅ Plan and schedule posts for specific dates and times.

✅ Create engaging content in English and Spanish , including copy, graphics, and multimedia content.

✅ Perform photo and video editing as needed.

✅ Analyze social media performance and create detailed analytics reports .

✅ Manage community engagement and build strong relationships with followers.

✅ Work with collaboration tools such as Office 365, OneDrive, and Teams .

✅ Maintain an organized workflow while managing multiple platforms and deadlines.

✅ Participate in virtual and in-person events , representing the company and its brand.

✅ Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice, identity, and overall strategy.
