What you will do: Develop and implement marketing strategies: Lead the creation and optimization of marketing strategies in marketplaces to enhance brand awareness and drive performance in the marketplace.

Performance management: Continuously monitor and manage the performance of various marketing methods and KPIs, adapting strategies as necessary to meet business goals. Oversee the performance and optimization of m arketplace ads to ensure they effectively reach targeted audiences and yield high return on investment.

Content optimization: Lead efforts in optimizing listings with updated titles, engaging descriptions, A+ content, and visually appealing images to attract and retain customers. Work cross-functionally with other teams to develop cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns, both internally in Emma and with the marketplaces POCs Self-starter mentality: Analytics: Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and strategic optimization.





Budgment Management and Control : Manage, and optimize the internal budget and spend for the marketplaces channels, aligning with the counterparts for each marketplace. A meticulous attention to detail in developing and implementing marketing strategies and optimizing content. A desire to learn exponentially, constantly seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.
