We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Materials Manager to lead and optimize all aspects of materials management, including production planning, purchasing, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, import/export operations, and shipping. This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational continuity, customer satisfaction, and supply chain efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and ensure the effective execution of production planning and production control processes.
- Manage direct and indirect purchasing activities to ensure timely availability of materials and services.
- Oversee Import/Export and Logistics operations, ensuring compliance with applicable trade regulations and customer requirements.
- Manage raw material receiving, storage, and inventory control processes.
- Lead packaging and finished goods shipping operations to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
- Coordinate physical inventories and virtual close processes, including corporate reporting, inventory variance analysis, and obsolete material management.
- Oversee and support departmental operations through the ERP system.
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategic projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and supply chain performance.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and ensure achievement of business objectives and performance targets.
- Lead,



mentor, and develop team members to build a high-performing organization.

Qualifications

- Proven leadership experience in Materials Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related areas within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Production Planning and Control
- Direct and Indirect Purchasing
- Inventory Management
- Warehousing Operations
- Logistics and Distribution
- Import/Export and Customs Compliance
- ERP systems
- Experience managing inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and decision-making skills.
- Professional-level English communication skills.

- IATF 16949 Quality Management System requirements.
- Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems.
- OEA/CTPAT security requirements and supply chain security standards.
- International trade, customs, and foreign trade regulations.
