The role requires 5+ years in automotive sales, leadership experience, and strong knowledge of the Mexican market. You will manage targets, dealer profitability, and collaborate with Marketing, Aftersales and Finance.
The adecuado candidate will have advanced English, a business/engineering degree (MBA a plus), and be ready to travel as needed to support growth and execution.
