Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary plant point of contact for the Business Unit Leaders supporting the new business.
- Translate Business Unit requirements, forecasts, customer commitments, and strategic objectives into plant execution plans. translate Business Unit requirements, forecasts, customer commitments, and strategic objectives into plant execution plans.




- Ensure alignment between business demand and plant capacity, resources, materials, equipment, technology, and infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional program meetings and ensure effective follow-up of action items and identify delays, conflicts, resource constraints, and other program risks before they impact execution.
- Coordinate capacity planning based on Business Unit forecasts and customer demand and lead capacity gap assessments and develop mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Materials teams to ensure material availability supports the business ramp, verify that supplier capacity and material lead times are aligned with the program schedule and identify long-lead materials and establish appropriate risk mitigation plans.
