You will work closely with Employee Care, Safety, Human Resources, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality occupational health services, promote preventive care initiatives, and support our growing workforce.

What You'll Do
Onsite Medical Services
· Provide general medical consultations and basic healthcare services to employees.
· Deliver first aid and initial emergency medical response when needed.
· Assess workplace injuries and illnesses and oversee appropriate follow-up.
· Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with external healthcare providers when required.
· Support employees through disability, medical leave, and return-to-work processes.
Occupational Health & Regulatory Compliance
· Coordinate pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, and follow-up medical evaluations.
· Ensure compliance with applicable Mexican occupational health regulations and standards.
· Support management of workplace injury documentation, including ST-7, ST-2, and related processes.
· Collaborate with IMSS, STPS, and other regulatory entities as necessary.
· Advise leadership on occupational health risks, compliance requirements, and preventive actions.
Health Promotion & Prevention
· Develop and coordinate wellness initiatives and employee health campaigns.
· Organize vaccination programs, health screenings, and preventive health activities.
· Promote healthy workplace practices and employee wellbeing programs.
· Deliver health education and awareness initiatives across the organization.
Reporting & Analytics
· Maintain occupational health records and confidential medical documentation.
· Prepare health-related metrics, reports, and occupational health indicators.
· Identify trends in employee health and workplace risks.
· Recommend preventive measures and improvement opportunities based on data and observations.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
· Medical Doctor (MD) degree with active professional license in Mexico.
· 3+ years of experience in Occupational Health, Occupational Medicine, Corporate Health, or a related field.
· Experience managing workplace injuries, occupational illnesses, and employee health programs.
· Knowledge of Mexican Occupational Health regulations and applicable Official Mexican Standards (NOMs).
· Experience working with STPS and IMSS requirements and processes.
· Knowledge of disability management, medical leave administration, and return-to-work practices.
· Experience handling ST-7, ST-2, and workplace incident documentation.
· Strong clinical judgment and emergency response capabilities.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Nice to have
· Specialty or postgraduate training in Occupational Medicine, Occupational Health, Public Health, or related disciplines.
· Experience supporting corporate or multinational organizations.
· Knowledge of workplace safety programs and risk management practices.
· Experience developing wellness and preventive health initiatives.
· Strong analytical skills and experience reporting health indicators and KPIs.
· Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate professionally in both written and spoken English.
