and Word)Job Description• Conduct profitability analysis and operational efficiencies of current and potential projects• Conduct market analysis to identify potential investment opportunities• Preparation of monthly board of directors' presentations• Preparation of financial models• Support in the coordination of the Due Diligence process for investments or acquisitions• Support in the development of the 100-day post-closure plan and implementation• Support in the review of legal contracts• Support in the integration of current or future acquisitions• Lead initiatives and projects with the different internal areas - system implementations, process mapping, activities coordination, etc.
