About The RoleWe're looking for a Partner Success Manager to join our team and assist with managing our top AP Partners.
As a Partner Success Manager, you'll work directly for and with a Director of Development on managing their Autopilot Partners and assist with a variety of back end administrative tasks.
You will also work with leadership to help enhance this new crucial function of the team.
What You'll DoBuild, maintain,



and expand relationships with Autopilot PartnersHandle and address incoming requests from Partners Work with Landing's AP Ops & Field Operations team to ensure smooth launchesHost kickoff calls with new propertiesBuild and schedule QBRs with PartnersCollaborate with AP Ops & Field Operations teams on addressing issuesAssist VP with special projects in order to further streamline our business processesWhat You Need+1 year working at Landing in customer service/partner facing rolesStrong organizational skillsAbility to multitask and problem solve multiple issues at once Strong communication skills, both written and verbalFearless, self-motivated and hardworkingAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter comfortable working with a sense of urgencyTech-savvy - familiarity with SlackFluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
